It's painful, you will scream, maybe cry or swear or try to hit or kick them 🫢.It was definitely worth it. My knee can bend again. The extreme pain in my shoulders and back are gone. Thanks you guys are amazing. Thank you Kashif and Ebrahim.

Kaasief is very thorough. He can often tell you more about yourself than you can. I felt light with my first session. I will definately recommend.

Booked my mum and myself for a session. Not for the faint hearted due to pain where trauma is stored in the body but walked out feeling much lighter. Kaashief is a very knowledgeable and humble man. Was a great experience and I recommend everyone give it a try for their health and wellbeing as you’ll learn so much about yourself and what your body needs to release to perform at its optimal level.
